A private network, kept that way
- Women only. Every member applies and is reviewed by hand, with a verified mobile number.
- Your number stays private. Members never see each other's phone numbers. The group chat shows first names only.
- You choose what you share. Contact details are shared only when two members both choose to stay in touch.
- Public places. Every meetup is at a public café, never at someone's home.
- Upcoming cafés stay private. We only show a café on this site after members have met there.
- Report anything. You can report a chat message, and our team reads every report.

Who can join?
Cafés & Careers is a network for women, and membership is by approval only. You apply with your name, city and a LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube profile, and verify your mobile number by text.
We review every application by hand and reply by text within 48 hours.
Is there a host or a programme?
No hosts, no speeches and no name tags. Just your group, great coffee and real conversation.
Do I have to come every time?
No. We text you about each Saturday ahead, and you reply YES or NO. Only say yes when you plan to be there: your group is small, so every member matters.
What if I can't make it after saying yes?
Let us know as soon as you can, by text or from your dashboard. We take care of the rest.
How are groups put together?
Each group is curated around who you are and where you're headed. The details stay with us, but the goal is simple: real connections that grow your career, your business and your life.
Where do meetups happen?
At the city's best specialty cafés, selected based on leading specialty coffee guides and reviews, for great coffee and a setting made for conversation.
Will other members see my phone number?
No. Your group sees your first name, your role and company if you shared them, and the one line you wrote about yourself. The group chat shows first names only.
You only share contact details with someone if you both choose to stay in touch after the meetup.
Who pays for the coffee?
Everyone pays for what they order. Your membership covers the network, not the café.
What if I don't see my city?
Apply anyway and tell us where you are. It's free to apply, and membership is by approval.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. Membership is monthly, and it stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
